How do I get my product after buying?

Right after checkout you'll see a download button, and we also email you a download link. Your file is a PDF that contains your Canva template link (or the product files, for bundles). Download links are valid for 48 hours.

Do I need Canva Pro?

No. All our Canva templates work with a free Canva account.

How do I edit my template?

Open the PDF, click the Canva link, then choose "Use template". A copy is saved to your own Canva account, where you can change text, colors, fonts and images.

Can I print it?

Yes. In Canva, download your design as "PDF Print" and print at home or at a local print shop.

Can I use it on my iPad or tablet?

Yes. Download as a PDF and open it in GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo or any PDF annotation app.

I didn't receive my email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email support@myntova.online with your order number and we'll resend it.

Can I get a refund?

Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If a file is faulty or you can't access it, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll fix it. See our Refund Policy.

Can I resell the templates?

Yes. Every Myntova product comes with a license that allows resale. The exact terms are in the license supplied with your download, so please read it before you resell.
